Future Hairdresser
This girl takes after her Mom in Attitude, personality and even Career choice. You can find her and a bottle of water and comb most anytime working on anyone that sits down long enough for her to have a go at their hair. The only bad part is she chooses to use the water she has been drinking all day which is GROSS if you ask me! I Promise she didnt learn that from me.

Halloween 2009
Cecily was a Fairy This year and an adorable one at that. 
and Kreg and I were her Grandparents for a night. I kept telling CC to let grandpa hold her or let Grandpa help you she would get really upset and say no its DADDY! If you look close my eyebrows did not look that white the pic was weird.
We had fun going to parties at the church,
at friend's homes and trick or treating! 
CC loved all the attention she would get when wearing her costume.
To Achieve the Fairy Hair we used sponge rollers and yes I even took her to Walmart in them. People for the most part thought she was cute and it was funny. They all figured she had some kind of party to attend later but there was one older lady that came up to us and was laughing Hysterically and yelled "what's with the curlers?" Cecily just kept looking at her like she was CRAZY which she was!
She loves getting her hair done!! She kept looking in the mirror saying I look silly with Curls. SO CUTE!
2 Year Photo Shoot
My friend Alli is an amazing photographer and I was lucky enough to have her do Cecily's pics. We did them down town and at the stone arch bridge. Cecily was serious most of the time which I expected but we did get a few good smiles when I threatened to tickle her or when I would do some crazy cheer leading jumps! Thanks to Alli for letting us Borrow her little girls cute coat! It was perfect! Especially since it was a little windy.
Cecily loves my shoes especially my heels one morning she came out with her "Mancy"(Fancy nancy) purse and my red heels.

I thought for sure this year she would have grown so much it would just be a shirt but im guessing it will be a dress for a couple more Halloweens!
Every night before bed Cecily gets to pick a story to read and every night she picks Fancy nancy. She is a girl after my own heart. We LOVE being fancy!
Fall Break
Kreg has been home with us all week since he didn't have school because of his fall break. I really wanted to go out of town for the break but since the funds or lack of don't allow for that we did fun things together as a family....We took Cecily to her first Pro B-ball game, Kreg got free tickets to the Timber Wolves vs. the bulls pre-season game. below are random pics of us before we left CC wanted to pose with her parents.
We went to an early movie yesterday and saw Cloudy with a chance of meatballs It was a cute movie but I think we all enjoyed the movie popcorn the best!
We went to the science museum in St Paul, we spent alot of time playing at the mall becuase we got our 
first snow so it was to cold to go out or at least to cold for me! Cecily and I did go out for a bit and made a snowman. Sorry no pics of that.
Cecily's Gram sent her some felt food for her kitchen which she is loving!
and of course the bike Gram got her for her b-day! Thanks Gram and papa
I just want to say I have the best husband he has been letting me have a break from my everyday life and has totally taken over taking care of the house and cecily and even me! Thanks babe for such a relaxing week! We loved having you home with us!
Cecily says
~We were in the store with some friends, my friend called my name. I called back "we are by the food" CC said"MOM SHHHH the corn is sleeping"
~In the car today I was listening to Death Cab and Cecily yelled at me "TURN IT OFF" over and over Me: "why?" CC: "acause I dont like it"
~Me: How old are you?
CC: I'm 2!!!
me: oh you had a birthday and now you are 2?
CC: Yea its over but I get Christmas presents soon!
~Cecily's new thing is calling Kreg and I by our first names instead of mom and dad. Its funny but we are constantly reminding her that we are Mom and Dad to her.
I put on a sweater CC says "you cold Anna?"
She has a hard time whenever I leave her at nursery or school so the other day about an hour before we left for school she started to cry and said "I dont want it kids, I dont want it school" I kept reassuring her that I always come back and get her. She may never get over the speration anxiety.
Cecily's 1st day for SCHOOL!!

Minnesota is great for Education, The state really emphasizes the importance of it. So much that they start kids in school at age one, Cecily started her first day of preschool today. It is an hour and a half once a week, I go with her for the first 20-30 min and then the 2nd hour I go with the other parents behind a one way mirror where we can watch our kids and also have an adult discussion on things ranging from health to child discipline. I am really excited about it for Cecily's benefit and my own.
CC has been so EXCITED about going to school, how could she not when lots of her friends get to and so does her Dad! She has been talking about wearing a backpack and eating lunch all week. 
She did really well when we got there, she and I played with play-dough and then sang songs. Then she got to sit down and have "Lunch" (a small snack) while I left with the other Mom's. I thought for sure she would be in hysterics the second I left (like she is with nursery and going to the gym) but she wasn't. I was happy and thought I was in the clear, about 10 min after I left I see her through the window bawling, I see the teacher console her and distract her then I dont see them anymore So I assume she is fine. Well when I pick her up after class the teacher told me she got so sad she caused herself to throw up in the toilet, once she saw it and the teacher explained it would happen again if she didnt stop crying she was fine. I guess the fear of throwing up was worse than the fear of me not coming back! ha. Poor little DRAMA QUEEN!!!
The teachers were really impressed with her speach and the fact that she is potty trained due to the fact that she is by far the youngest in the class!
So Im not sure if this is going to be a repeated event every tuesday when she goes to school or if it had a lot to do with the fact that she woke up at 4:15 am and was up for an hour, or that when I went to check on her this morning she was sleeping WILD like this.....
More Fair
The family on the bus ride home! CC loved the bus ride almost as much as the fair.
We went to the Miracle of Birth Exhibit where they had big flat screen TV's over the animals showing liver births that happened earlier that week. It was super interesting to watch and CC loved petting all the day old baby animals

The Great Minnesota Get Together AKA the State Fair
The Fair is a huge deal here to Minnesotan's and its actually a really good one! For one its HUGE and they have so many animals, Rides, tons of FOOD and a grandstand with many shows to chose from.
We had fun just walking around and exploring. We even tried a FRIED TWINKIE! Cecily had so much fun going on rides (all by herself) and seeing all the animals. 
We were able to meet up with our friends the Hale's and that made the time even more fun!
The little Farm Hand exhibit was My favorite, Cecily got to do all the real farm chores and then got paid at the end for her labor, she got to choose a box of cereal as her reward!!
Baking cookies with Mom
I've been trying to find the perfect butter cream frosting recipe so of course we have to make sugar cookies to go with!! Cecily had lots of fun mixing and rolling and cutting out shapes!
Dont mind my messy face from lunch
CC got some new cow girl boots that are 2 sizes to big but that does not stop her from wearing them anytime she can even with shorts~

Its my new fav. I still love the 30 day shred but to mix it up I use this as well I get more out of these videos when it comes to strength than ever before! I have never sweat so much in my life either!!

3 years
I celebrated 3 FUN, Crazy, Busy, Exciting, Fulfilling, Memorable, and Loving years with him yesterday! Thanks for putting up with me and being patient ALL of the time! I love you more than you will ever know!

Horse Races
We went to the Horse races over the weekend with some friends, it was fun to do something different! I wish the races were one after another (we had to wait 30 min in between each race) Luckily they had a really fun playground to keep the kids entertained! These are the only pics I got. I know I should have taken some of the actual races Duh!
